How it works
From connecting your account to pushing invoices - six straightforward steps.
Configure your integration
Provide your Sage Intacct Web Services sender ID and password. Then create a special user for Aimsio in your Sage Intacct environment. The Aimsio team handles the rest.
Test the connection
Once connected, you will have access under the Integrations page on Aimsio's sidebar. Run a test to verify data flows correctly between both systems.
Import data from Sage Intacct
Import customers, vendors, employees, GL accounts, projects, and dimensions from Sage Intacct into Aimsio. All master data stays synchronized across both platforms.
Schedule recurring imports
Set up automated scheduled imports so your Aimsio data always reflects the latest from Sage Intacct. No manual syncs needed after initial configuration.
Push invoices to Sage Intacct
Select all invoices you want to export, right-click, and select "Push to Sage Intacct". Once successfully sent, their status changes to "Exported" in Aimsio.
View everything in Sage Intacct
Log into Sage Intacct to see all pushed invoices with full detail - ready for reconciliation, reporting, and period close.
