Consultation call
Before setup begins, we recommend a consultation call with both Aimsio and ADP to ensure the integration project goes smoothly and all requirements are mapped.
Create a user account
If you plan on using ADP to process payroll, create an Aimsio user account for your ADP representative so they can access the integration configuration.
Map your data
ADP works with you to map your data from Aimsio to ADP - ensuring employee records, pay codes, and timecard fields align correctly between both systems.
Export timecards to ADP
Select approved timecards and export them to ADP. Once the export is successful, the status changes to "Exported". When fully processed in ADP, it updates to "Processed" in Aimsio.
